Healthy Goulash Recipe.


  • 1 pound organic grass fed beef

  • 1 yellow onion, chopped

  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 4 tomatos, chopped

  • 4 cups water

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cups of chopped pumpkin

  • 2 cups of chopped potatos

  • 2 cups of chopped bok choy

  • 3 large chopped carrots

  • 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil


  1. In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, add the olive oil and cook the meat over medium heat to golden brown. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft and fragrant.

  2. Add all the other ingredients. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium-low heat, cover pan and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the chopped bok choy last for freshness.
