Ginger -Turmeric- Coconut Milk-Latte.

INGREDIENTS

1 small piece of fresh organic turmeric root
 

 
1 small piece of fresh ginger root
 

 
1/2 cup hot water
 

 
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I use coconut milk)
 

 
1/2 tsp coconut oil
 

 
1-2 tsp sweetener (coconut sugar, maple syrup, honey, stevia)
 

 
1 pinch of powdered cloves
 

 
1 pinch of powdered cardamom
 

 
1 pinch of allspice
 

 
1 pinch of nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all together in a blender. Strain the mixture and heat to desired temperature or until it begins to foam.

Drink immediately.
